OnSite Adhoc

Our normal interaction with customers is through an hourly chargeable rate. This allows you to simply call us and arrange a suitable time for an engineer to call in to resolve any problem you may have. Most of our business is done in this manner.

Usually an agreed fixed daily rate will eventually be agreed.

 

Assure 24

Assure 24 is our support contract offering. We do not believe in simply taking money and hoping nothing happens to our customers' networks in order to make money. We accept an up front payment in return for the following:-

  • Pro-active network support. We VPN into your system and perform simple but crucial health checks and upgrades to prevent problems from arising in the first place.
  • 24 Hour Consultancy
  • Guaranteed response time
  • Service priority
  • Payment is quarterly and you are not tied in by contract

Project Management

Due to our experience with all manner of different companies and situations, we offer our management skills to look after a large project within your organisation. This could be a building move, major system upgrade or even company merger. Here is how we can help:

  • Be a single point of contact for the customer and for contractors.
  • Design the systems to facilitate the requirement.
  • Ensure timescales are adhered to by understanding contractors process.
  • Keep customer up to date with progress, be honest about issues and liaise in plain English to maintain confidence of successful completion.
